Northern Electric Inc. continues to be a leader in the electrical design-build industry.  As the design-build contractor for the new Sutter Health Corporate Training Facility in Fairfield, CA, NEI worked closely with the design team to create comprehensive electrical plans that created a seamless transition from the design phase to the construction and post construction phases. 

Napa Junction Shells
This project consisted of the electrical design and electrical installation for a new retail center.  Northern Electric Inc. was responsible for the site utilities, utility distribution for future projects and the build out of 4 retail buildings. 

Anytime Fitness
Northern Electric Inc. completes large and small scale desing/build projects.  Anytime Fitness, a tenant improvement project, consisted of the design and installation of the lighting and power for a new fitness space in an existing building. 

Meals on Wheels Shell and Tenant Improvements
Northern Electric Inc. designed and installed a complete electrical, emergency generator, telecommunications, and fire alarm system at the new headquarters for The Council on Aging, Meals on Wheels program.

Hamilton Hangers 7 and 9
Working closely with Devcon Construction, Northern Electric Inc. designed the electrical system for the renovation of the Hanger 7 and 9 office and data center shells in Novato, CA.
