Northern Electric Inc. is currently under contract to provide new site lighting and site power for Napa Creekside Plaza in Napa, CA.

Northern Electric Inc. and Devcon Construction are currently teaming together on the ThermoFisher Scientific Project in Petaluma, CA.  As the electrical design-build contractor, Northern Electric Inc. is responsible for the complete electrical design and electrical installation for a 90,000 square foot medical supply manufacturing facility. This project is scheduled to be completed in February of 2010.

Northern Electric, acting as a sub-contractor for Alten Construction is currently under contract to install the Electrical, Fire Alarm, Paging and Intercom, Voice and Data, and Security Systems at the New School Building at Ford Elementary School in Richmond.  The new 60,280 square foot 2 story building will consist of new classrooms, teacher rooms, a new library, a multi-purpose room, a kitchen and cafeteria, as well as a new playground and parking lot. Working with Alten Construction, the Design Team and the Owner, Northern Electric Inc. is proud to be a part of the re-building of California schools.

Working with Devcon Construction, NEI is the design-build electrical contractor for the Tenant Improvements in the existing Calix building in Petaluma CA.

In 2008, as an electrical prime contractor, Northern Electric Inc. started construction of The Santa Rosa Junior College Bertolini Student Center, a three story, 78,000 square foot student services building. NEI is responsible for the installation of the electrical, fire alarm, generator, voice and data, broadband, assisted listening and security systems on this project.
