Sonoma State University Tuscany Village
In August of 2009, as an electrical design assist prime contractor, Northern Electric Inc. completed construction of Sonoma State University’s newest campus housing village. The project consisted of 129 two story townhomes with kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, a Community Building, and Laundry Rooms. 

Santa Rosa Junior College Lawerence A. Bertolini Student Services Center

In 2010, as an electrical prime contractor, Northern Electric Inc. completed construction of The Santa Rosa Junior College Bertolini Student Center, a three story, 78,000 square foot student services building. NEI was responsible for the installation of the electrical, fire alarm, generator, voice and data, broadband, assisted listening and security systems on this project.
