Michael Chiappari, President and sole owner of Northern Electric Inc. has 45 years of experience in the electrical contracting field.  For 16 years he was a project engineer for Collins Electric in San Francisco.  As a project engineer at Collins Electric he secured and managed multi million dollar projects in San Francisco including The Bank of America Building at California and Montgomery Streets, The Bart Stations at Montgomery and Powell Streets, and a 32 story high rise building at 601 Montgomery Street.  For the past 28 years, as owner of Northern Electric Inc., Mike has established himself in the industry as a responsible and dedicated contractor.  From the corner of his garage to NEI headquarters in Santa Rosa his aim has always been to employ the best electricians that the IBEW can offer as well as to run an efficient and savvy office.  As the head estimator for Northern Electric Inc., Mike has brought millions of dollars of business into the company.  New and remodeled grocery super stores, new and remodeled wineries, detention facilities, hospital remodels, office buildings, education facilities and much more, Mike has been true to his customers and committed to his employees.

Mike has also successfully completed for his customers design/build projects in which he has designed and gone on to build the electrical systems.  His Design/Build projects have included Clos Du Bois Winery in Geyserville, CA, various Safeway Store bakery, deli and floral department remodels, NEICO Corporation in Windsor California and most recently Queen of the Valley Wellness Center in Napa.
